Damaged or Broken Items
If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately at

📅 All damage claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Once verified, we will happily replace the item at no additional cost.
Returns & Refunds
If you would prefer a full refund, you may return the item to us.

The item must be returned in its original condition.

Once the return is received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
